To all Leo Presidents of District 308,

Please ensure you and your club members have :

• fill up the Leo Registration Form(All 3 pages) correctly and completely
• attach a cheque of RM280(NOT CASH)
• attach two passport size photos
• fill up the Club Registration Form(1 set of form ONLY for each club)
• submit it to LIONS CLUB OF IPOH METRO NEW CENTURY

HURRY!! LIMITED TO 700 SEATS ONLY!!

Make sure all these are to be sent out before 30th April 2010 to avoid disappointments.
